Victoria Moran 

Listed among VegNews magazine’s “Top 10 Living Vegetarian Authors,” voted PETA’s “Sexiest Vegan Over 50” in 2016, and featured twice on Oprah, Victoria Moran has written thirteen books, including the iconic Main Street Vegan and the international bestseller, Creating a Charmed Life. Plant-based since 1983, Victoria hosts the award-winning Main Street Vegan podcast; is producer of the 2019 documentary, A Prayer for Compassion, about spirituality and food choices; and she is director of Main Street Vegan Academy, the exciting, in-person certification program training Vegan Lifestyle Coaches and Educators in a magical week in New York City.

Dr. Amit Sood

Dr. Sood is the creator of the Resilient Option program. He is one of the world's leading experts on resilience and wellbeing, and executive director of the Global Center for Resiliency and Wellbeing. He was also professor of medicine, and Chair for student life and wellness at Mayo Clinic. Dr. Sood has authored or co-authored over 70 peer-reviewed papers and is the author of several books including, The Mayo Clinic Guide to Stress-Free Living, The Mayo Clinic Handbook for Happiness, Mindfulness Redesigned, SMART with Dr. Sood, The Resilience Journal, and Build Your Immune Resilience. Dr. Sood has presented at some of the highest impact forums like, TEDx, Lake Nona, Forbes Under 30 Forum, Conference Board, Beckers, YPO, NPR, NAMI, NBGH, NASA, keynotes for Fortune 500 companies, universities, foundations, and others. He has received numerous awards including the 2010 Distinguished Service, 2010 Innovator of the Year, 2013 Outstanding Physician Scientist and 2016 Faculty of the Year awards, all from Mayo Clinic. He was selected as one among top 20 intelligent optimists in the world (Ode Magazine). Dr. Sood was also selected by RWJ Foundation as one of the health care pioneers. Dr. Sood serves as a member of the Everyday Health Wellness Advisory Board.

Wendy Sax

Wendy Sax is a documentary film producer with an avid interest in whole food, plant-based education, particularly applying it to healing from chronic diseases, strengthening the immune system, and consequent benefits to animals and the environment. In 2006 she reversed her autoimmune disease by changing to a WFPB lifestyle and has maintained good health since then. Wendy’s films include the award-winning documentary Particle Fever (Netflix) and award-winning Moving Stories (Amazon Prime). Prior, Wendy served as the Artistic Director of IFP.org, a non-profit for independent filmmakers. She was co-producer of Sundance-winner Songcatcher, and started her career as a creative development executive in Hollywood.
