During September 2018, Our Artisans and their daughters participated in a talk on Fertility Issues & Gestational Diabetes.

Consumption of “Milk” may contribute towards developing Insulin Resistance, Gestational Diabetes (that impacts not just the pregnant mother but also increases the risk of early stage Atherosclerosis in the unborn baby), POCD/Poly Cystic Ovarian Disease and a host of other cardio metabolic disorders.

A much needed conversation especially with underserved communities such as our Rural Women Phulkari Artisans.
